A Letter From Alana Gnias…
Dear Parents, Families, and Loved Ones,
On behalf of the sisters of Alpha Phi’s Epsilon Kappa Chapter at West Chester University, I am honored and excited to welcome your daughter into our sisterhood.
Alpha Phi, Epsilon Kappa, has been a proud member of the West Chester University Panhellenic community since 1971. For more than five decades, our chapter has been guided by our four high ideals: sisterhood, innovation, generosity, and character. We proudly support our philanthropy, the Alpha Phi Foundation, which advances women’s heart health initiatives and provides scholarships, leadership opportunities, and emergency funding to sisters in need.
Generations of women have grown within Epsilon Kappa, developing as leaders, excelling academically, serving our community, and forming lifelong friendships. Your daughter will have opportunities to take on leadership roles, build meaningful connections that extend far beyond graduation, and actively support the Alpha Phi Foundation and its mission.
Joining Alpha Phi is about much more than four years in college. It is about becoming part of a lifelong network of women who uplift, encourage, and celebrate one another. My own college experience has been deeply shaped by Alpha Phi, and I am incredibly grateful for the sisterhood that has supported me along the way. In my role as Vice President of New Member Education and Membership Experience, I am committed to helping our newest members learn our history, grow into confident leaders, and find a true home away from home.
We recognize that this is a significant milestone not only for your daughter, but for everyone who has supported her journey. Thank you for trusting Alpha Phi and the Epsilon Kappa Chapter with such a meaningful part of her college experience. We are truly honored.
